摘　　要：文章基于“启拓教学”理念,通过革新课程定位和人才培养目标,深度挖掘教材育人元素,创建语言与育人融合模式,构建混合式教学体系以及优化课程思政教学团队,对大学英语课程思政教学体系进行构建,以深化大学英语课程思政教学改革,提升育人质量。Based on the concept of “QITO”, this paper discusses the construction of a curriculum-based ideological and political education system in college English teaching from several perspectives, including innovating curriculum orientation and talent cultivation goals, interpreting the teaching materials for the political and virtuous implications, creating an integration model of education on both moral and linguistic senses, building a blended and multi-dimensional teaching system and improving the corresponding teaching competence. The system is built to deepen the reform of integrating moral education into foreign language teaching and to promote the quality of moral education.
