摘　　要：“卓越法律人才培养计划”为我国法治建设培养了大量的法治人才,正在为中国特色社会主义经济社会发展作出重大贡献。地方高校法律人才的培养应适应地方经济社会发展和社会分层的需要,定位于培养应用型、服务基层发展和社会法治建设的优秀人才。通过在校生的分阶段培养,加强政校企行多方联动的协同育人功能,创新“一对多”的职业发展新方向,创新法律人才培养模式,提高法律人才的素质和能力,适应法治社会对法律人才的需要。The"Program of Excellent Legal Talents Cultivation"has trained a large number of legal talents for legal construction in our country,which is making significant contributions to the development of socialist eco⁃nomic society with Chinese characteristics.The cultivation of legal talents in local universities should adapt to the demand of local economic social improvement and social stratification,and focus on cultivating the excellent applied talents serving the development of basic level and social legal construction.Staging cultivation of stu⁃dents can enhance the function of cooperative education from the multilateral connection among governments,universities,businesses,and industries,innovate the"one to many"professional development direction and the cultivation mode of legal talents,improve the quality and ability of legal talents,and adapt to the demand of rule based society to legal talents.
