摘　　要：为客观评价神东矿区人居环境,合理评估该地区气候资源,选取有关气象站2000-2018年气温、风速、相对湿度和日照时数资料,利用温湿指数、风效指数、着衣指数、综合舒适指数及综合舒适度模型对矿区气候状况进行定量评价。结果表明:(1)各气候舒适指数年际差异不大,年综合舒适指数呈升高趋势。(2)从温湿指数看,矿区全年无炎热及闷热的人体感觉,人体感觉最舒适的月份为6月;通过风效指数分析,年体感最舒适月份为4、9、10月,从着衣指数看,矿区5、6、8、9月最为舒适。(3)矿区全年舒适期集中在4-10月,气候综合舒适度指数较高,12月至次年2月不舒适,矿区全年舒适期较长,有利于职工安居及安排各类生产、生活活动。Data of temperature, wind speed, relative humidity and sunshine hours from 2000 to 2018 were collected to evaluate the living environment and climate resources of Shendong mining area objectively. Climate comfort degree was quantitatively calculated by using Temperature Humidity Index, Wind Effect Index, Index of Clothing and Comprehensive Comfort Index. The results showed that: i) climate comfort index has little difference between years, with a trend of comprehensive comfort index increasing;ii) the temperature humidity index indicated that the most comfortable month in Shendong mining area is June, without hot and muggy weather. As to the wind effect index, April, September and October are more comfortable than any other months throughout the year. May to October except July is the most comfortable period according to index of clothing;iii) the most comfort period in Shendong mining area is mainly from April to October, while December to next February feels uncomfortable. Shendong mining area has a relative long comfort period, which is beneficial to various production and living activities.
