摘　　要：用药安全是世界卫生组织(WHO)和国际药学联合会(FIP)一直密切关注的热点问题,用药过程中存在的药物相关伤害给世界各地的医疗卫生系统带来了巨大的挑战,不安全的用药是造成伤害的主要原因。为减少不安全用药,推动建立和完善安全用药体系,WHO和FIP针对用药过程中的重点问题发布了一系列文件和工具包。该文按照发布时间顺序,对这些文件和工具包进行简要介绍,以期为我国开展用药安全的相关工作提供参考。Medication safety is a popular topic that has been closely concerned by World Health Organization(WHO)and International Pharmaceutical Federation(FIP).Drug-related harm in the medication process poses a significant challenge for health systems worldwide,of which unsafe medication practices are the main reason.To reduce hazardous medication and promote the establishment and improvement of safe medication systems,WHO and FIP have published a series of documents and toolkits for key issues during the medication process.This article briefly introduces these documents and toolkits mentioned above in chronological order of publication,intending to provide a reference for the work related to medication safety in China.
