摘　　要：木蝴蝶(Oroxylum indicum)为紫葳科(Bignoniaceae)木蝴蝶属的干燥种子,具有利咽清肺、止咳、疏肝和胃、敛疮生肌之功效,主治喉痹、音哑、肺热咳嗽、肝胃气痛、痈疮溃烂,有较高的药用价值。木蝴蝶中主要化学成分为黄酮类物质,现代药理学研究表明其具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎等多种药理活性。近年来,对于木蝴蝶的质量控制研究较为薄弱,不足以全面反映其质量。因此,该文对木蝴蝶活性成分的质量控制研究进行了综述,以期为该药用植物药效物质基础的进一步研究、资源的充分利用、创新药物的开发提供依据。Oroxylum indicum,the dried seed of Oroxylum(Bignoniaceae),can relieve the pharynx,clear the lungs,relieve cough,soothe the liver and stomach,tighten sores,and regenerate muscles.It is mainly used to treat throat numbness,voice hoarseness,lung heat,cough,liver and stomach qi pain,and carbuncle ulcers;therefore,it has extensive medicinal value.The main chemical components in Oroxylum indicum are flavonoids,which have been confirmed by modern pharmacological research to have varieties of pharmacological activities,such as anti-oxidant,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,and so on.In recent years,the research on the quality control of Oroxylum indicum has been relatively limited,which is not enough to reflect the quality standards of Chinese medicinal materials fully.Therefore,this article summarizes the quality control research of the active ingredients of Oroxylum indicum,providing a basis for further research on the pharmacodynamic material basis,the full utilization and development of resources,and the development of innovative drugs.
