摘　　要：一种轮胎模具需要在内圆锥面上钻削多孔,用通用钻床或钻铣加工中心加工都有难度。研制了用于本工序的数控钻床,工件放置在工作台上,工作台的旋转运动实现工件分度,相对于工作台,钻削头可沿3坐标位移,其中Y轴方向与内锥母线方向平行,且Y轴方向可以在一定范围内调节适应锥度不同的工件。钻削头的3坐标位移运动均由伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠传动,直线导轨导向,位移准确、定位精度高。工作台、底座等主要零件铸造成形,精度保持性好、刚性强。该机具有加工精度高、操作方便等优点。尚需优化工艺参数,进一步提高加工效率。A tire mold needs to drill holes on its inner conical surface,and it is difficult to process with general drilling machine or drilling and milling machining center.In this paper,a numerical control drilling machine for this process is developed.In this machine tool,the workpiece is placed on the worktable,and the rotation of the worktable realizes the workpiece indexing.Relative to the worktable,the drilling head can move along 3 coordinates.The y-axis direction is parallel to the inner cone bus,and the y-axis direction can be adjusted within a certain range to adapt to workpieces with different inner cone.The 3-coordinate displacement of the drilling head is driven by the servo motor,driven by the ball screw and guided by the linear guide rail,so the displacement is accurate and the positioning accuracy is high.The worktable,base and other main parts are cast,with good precision retention and strong rigidity.The machine has the advantages of high machining precision and convenient operation.The process parameters need to be optimized to further improve the processing efficiency.
