摘 要:螺旋锥齿轮铣齿切削力是锥齿轮机床设计的重要依据,也是铣齿振动控制、刀具磨损状态监测和切削参数优化等的重要基础。针对成形法加工螺旋锥齿轮大轮的切削过程,首先根据切齿原理和螺旋锥齿轮几何理论,对瞬时切屑面积进行推导。然后采用材料本构方程和斜角切削理论对材料剪切区应力进行计算,构建了成形法加工螺旋锥齿轮大轮的瞬时切削力模型。最后利用Matlab软件编写计算程序,并对理论切削力模型进行了试验验证,证明了模型具有一定的精度。Spiral bevel gear milling tooth cutting force is an important basis for the design of bevel gear machine tools,and also an important basis for milling tooth vibration control,tool wear status monitoring,and cutting parameter optimization.According to the cutting process of forming spiral bevel gear wheels,this paper firstly derives the instantaneous chip area according to the principle of gear cutting and the geometric theory of spiral bevel gears.Then,using the material constitutive equation and the oblique angle cutting theory to calculate the stress in the shear zone of the material,the instantaneous cutting force model for machining the spiral bevel gear wheel by the forming method is constructed.Finally,a calculation program is written using Matlab software,and the theoretical cutting force model is tested and verified,which proves that the model has a certain accuracy.
