摘 要:甘肃省深居我国西北内陆区,是我国最缺水的省份之一,水资源非常匮乏。地下水作为全省水资源的重要组成部分,在农业灌溉、工业用水和生活饮用水等方面发挥着巨大作用,但是地下水的重要性却往往被忽略。为推进全省地下水环境保护,防止地下水超采和污染,本文主要基于2005-2020年水资源利用统计数据,系统分析了地下水资源占全省水资源总量的比重以及地下水的开发利用结构。结果表明,全省地下水资源多年平均利用量占全省水资源利用总量的22%;地下水开发利用以农业灌溉为主,占全省地下水利用总量的76%,但在酒泉、张掖、武威等干旱少雨的河西走廊平原区内陆河流域,居民生活用水几乎全部来自地下水,该地区也是全省地下水开发程度最高和地下水超采最严重的地方。Gansu Province is located deep in the northwest inland area of my country, and it is one of the most water-scarce provinces in China, with very limited water resources. As an important part of the province’s water resources, groundwater plays a huge role in agricultural irrigation, industrial water and drinking water, but the importance of groundwater is often overlooked. In order to promote the environmental protection of groundwater in the province and prevent overexploitation and pollution of groundwater.This paper systematically analyzes the proportion of groundwater resources in the province’s total water resources and the development and utilization structure of groundwater based on the statistical data of water resources utilization from 2005 to 2020. The results show that the province’s annual average utilization of groundwater resources accounts for 22% of the province’s total water resources utilization.The development and utilization of groundwater is mainly based on agricultural irrigation, accounting for 76% of the province’s total groundwater utilization. In the inland river basin of the Hexi Corridor Plain, which is arid and less rainy, almost all of the residents’ domestic water comes from groundwater. This area is also the place with the highest degree of groundwater development and the most serious groundwater overexploitation in the province.
