摘 要:以大伙房水库输水应急入连工程为研究背景,其受水水库—碧流河水库为研究对象,通过长系列历史资料的模拟说明跨流域引水后碧流河水库引水与供水联合调度图与调度规则的合理性。基于该引水与供水联合调度图与调度规则,结合历史长系列资料模拟结果,并考虑不同来水年及其年内分配、不同初始蓄水状态等主要影响因素进行不同频率来水典型年的模拟,研究跨流域引水后碧流河水库不同来水年所需大伙房水库输水工程的调入水量问题。研究成果可为碧流河水库制定跨流域引水计划与供水计划提供科学依据。Taking the Dahuofang Reservoir emergency water delivery project as the research background, and its receiving reservoir-Biliuhe Reservoir as the research object.Through the simulation of a long series of historical data, the rationality of the joint dispatching diagram and dispatching rules of the water diversion and water supply of the Biliuhe Reservoir after the cross-basin water diversion is illustrated. Based on the joint dispatching diagram and dispatching rules of water diversion and water supply, combined with the simulation results of a long series of historical data, and considering the main influencing factors such as different inflow years and their distribution within the year, and different initial water storage states, the simulation of typical years with different frequencies of water inflows was carried out. The problem of water transfer in Dahuofang Reservoir water delivery project in different inflow years of Biliuhe Reservoir after cross-basin water diversion is studied.The research results can provide scientific basis for the formulation of cross-basin water diversion plan and water supply plan for Biliuhe Reservoir.
