摘 要:介绍了轧钢加热炉双蓄热技术的工作原理和特点,分析了该技术在鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司1700 ASP热轧加热炉上应用的可行性。分析认为,1700 ASP热轧加热炉采用双蓄热技术可以缩短加热炉待热时间,降低煤气消耗和钢坯氧化烧损,减少碳排放量。预计加热炉产能可提升5%~8%,年创效益约1427万元。The operation principle and characteristics in terms of the dual regenerative technology for the hot rolling reheating furnace were introduced and the feasibility of the mentioned technology applied on the hot rolling reheating furnace in 1700 ASP of Chaoyang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.of Ansteel Group was analyzed.The analysis results showed that the waiting time for reheating of the reheating furnace was shortened,gas consumption and oxidizing or burning loss of steel billets were reduced and carbon emissions were also reduced.So it was estimated that the capacity of the reheating furnace could improve from 5%to 8%,while the annual benefit-earning could be about 14.27 million yuan RMB after the dual regenerative technology was applied in 1700 ASP.
