摘 要:针对大型液压机锻焊结构缸体在锻造、焊接和加工定位以及打压等制作和检验过程进行了分析研究,通过采用对钢锭及锻造和热处理关键工序控制、窄间隙焊接和坡口定位工具的设计,解决了缸体制造内部缺陷超标和焊接质量差的难题,加工成品后为了检验缸体焊接坡口的耐压效果,设计制造打压工装具进行压力测试,满足图纸设计中所要求的技术条件,上线使用后,保证质量要求,达到预期效果。Forging,welding,processing,fixing positions,pressurizing and checkout procedures in terms of manufacturing the structural weldforged cylinder block to a large hydraulic press were analyzed and studied.By controlling these key processing procedures such as casting steel ingots,forging and heat treatment,carrying out the designs for narrow gap welding and groove positioning tool,the problems of unsatisfying the standards on control of internal defects occurred in manufacturing the cylinder block and poor welding quality were solved.After processing the cylinder block into a finished product,in order to test the pressure-proof effect of the welding groove on the cylinder block,the pressure test was designed for carrying out the pressure test,whose results met the technical specifications required in the drawing design.After the cylinder block was put into operation online,the quality requirements were guaranteed and the expected results were achieved.
