摘  要:针对干熄焦锅炉泄漏常规降温操作存在的降温时间长,影响干熄焦炉体寿命、焦炭产量,焦炭热量被浪费和恢复生产升温时间长等问题,提出采取快速降温操作,即将干熄焦炉炉盖打开,使锅炉内冷空气逆循环,实现锅炉快速降温。实施后,干熄焦锅炉系统降温时间由48~72 h降低到12~16 h,干熄焦炉降温幅度减小,减少了因干熄焦锅炉降温造成的影响,取得了较好的效果。In allusion to the problems existing in conventional cooling operation for leakages of the coke dry quenching(CDQ)boiler,such as long cooling time,affecting the service life of a CDQ furnace body and impacting the output of coke,wasting heat quantity of coke,and spending too long time on heating for resuming the production,the quick cooling operation method was put forward by means of opening the furnace cover of the coke oven for dry quenching to enable the reverse circulation of cold air inside the boiler for achieving fast drop in temperature.After the quick operation method was put into use in practice,the cooling time of the CDQ boiler system was shortened from the range of 48~72 hours to the range of 12~16 hours,the cooling range of the CDQ boiler was shortened,and then the influence caused by the drop in temperature in terms of cooling the CDQ boiler was weakened and good results were achieved.
