摘  要:电液伺服阀因具有可靠性高、寿命长等特点而被广泛应用在飞机液压系统中,作为核心控制元件在系统中起电液转换和功率放大作用。在电液伺服阀服役期间油液污染会对整个阀的性能造成影响并大大降低使用寿命。针对此问题,分析了电液伺服阀的卡滞失效模式,得到不同尺寸颗粒的污染卡滞敏感度,利用加速试验方法,确定加速因子,采用污染卡滞加速寿命模型对不同污染度等级下电液伺服阀进行寿命评估。Electro-hydraulic servo valve is widely used in aircraft hydraulic system because of its high reliability and long service life.As the core control element,it plays the role of electro-hydraulic conversion and power amplification in the system.During the service of electro-hydraulic servo valve,oil pollution will affect the performance of the whole valve and greatly.To solve this problem,the stuck failure mode of electro-hydraulic servo valve is analyzed,and the pollution stuck sensitivity of particles with different sizes is obtained in this paper.The acceleration factor is determined by using the accelerated test method,and the pollution stuck accelerated life model is used to evaluate the life of electro-hydraulic servo valve under different pollution levels.
