摘 要:目的建立一种应用多重聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术鉴别3种肾源性药品的方法。方法提取梅花鹿、驴、犬3个物种肾组织的基因组DNA,通过多重PCR对梅花鹿、驴、犬的特异性片段进行扩增,鉴别样品中是否含有梅花鹿、驴、犬3种动物源性成分。结果通过对特异性片段的PCR扩增,可同时将梅花鹿、驴、狗的肾与其他物种进行区分。结论本研究建立了一种基于多重PCR技术的快速、准确的同时鉴别梅花鹿、驴、犬3个物种肾源性药品方法,为解决药用性产品易混、难以鉴定的问题提供了又一个新方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of three kinds of kidney-derived medicines by using multiple polymerase chain reaction technology.METHODS The genomic DNA of kidney tissue of the three species of cervus nippon,donkey and dog was extracted,and the specific fragments of cervus nippon,donkey and dog were amplified by multiplex PCR to identify whether the sample contained three animal-derived components:cervus nippon,donkey and dog.RESULTS By amplifying PCR in specific fragments,the kidneys of cervus nippon,donkeys and dogs can be distinguished from other species at the same time.CONCLUSION This study establishes a rapid and accurate method for simultaneously identifying kidney-derived drugs from three species of cervus nippon,donkey,and dog based on multiplex PCR technology,which provides another new method for solving the problem that medicinal products are easy to mix and difficult to identify.
