摘  要:水生态文明建设是生态文明建设的重要基础和保障。江西省通过多年探索与实践,创新性提出以自然村落为单元的水生态文明村自主创建,至2021年底,已创建711个水生态文明村。通过解析水生态文明村自主创建内涵,指出了水生态文明村自主创建的优势,介绍了江西省水生态文明村创建类型及特点,总结了提升水生态文明的做法和创建成效。结合多年实践经验,提出了水生态文明村自主创建仍需改进的短板及其改进对策,为江西省水生态文明村自主创建可持续发展提供参考。The construction of water ecological civilization is an important foundation and guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization.Through years of exploration and practice,Jiangxi province has innovatively proposed the independent creation of water ecological civilization with natural villages as the unit,711 water ecological civilization villages have been created by the end of 2021.By analyzing the connotation of independent construction of water ecological civilization villages,the advantages of its independent construction are pointed out,the type and feathers of the creation of water ecological civilization villages in Jiangxi province is introduced,and the construction practice and achievement when improving water ecological civilization are summarized.Combined with years of practical experience,the shortcomings of the independent construction of water ecological civilization village and its improvement countermeasures are proposed,providing reference for the sustainable development of the independent creation of water ecological civilization village in Jiangxi province.
