农业科研院所科技小院实践模式探析--以北京市农林科学院为例

摘　　要：科技小院是当前农业科技推广服务工作的创新形式之一,在乡村振兴过程中发挥了重要作用。不同于农业高等院校的已有模式,北京市农林科学院以农业知识与信息系统理论为指引,立足村庄的综合发展,采取院村共建形式,以驻村专家团队为主体,以农业科技推广为核心,以乡村生产、生活、生态综合服务为导向,形成了统一的建设标准和工作机制,将科技小院打造成为村级综合科技服务平台,探索了农业科研院所开展科技小院建设的实践模式。Science and technology backyard is one of the innovative forms of current agricultural science and technology promotion services,which plays an important role in the process of rural revitalization.Different from the existing model of higher agricultural colleges,Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences forms the unified construction standard and working mechanism,with agricultural knowledge and information system theory as the guidance,comprehensive development of the village as the basis,backyard-village joint construction as the form,expert team in the village as the entities,agricultural science and technology promotion as the core,and rural production,life,ecological comprehensive service as the orientation.It builds the science and technology backyard into a villagelevel comprehensive science and technology service platform,and explores the practice pattern for agricultural research institutes to carry out the construction of science and technology backyard.
