摘　　要：农村基层党群联系是维系和巩固党的执政根基的重要法宝,深入把握农村基层党群联系的机制变迁对于党领导农村工作顺利开展具有重要意义。从党群联系机制的历史演变来看,农村基层党群联系机制经历了从“自然联系”到“工作联系”的转向,两者在联系性质、社会基础、发生场域、依赖主体、运行法则等方面存在显著差异。基于我国东部发达地区农村党群联系机制变迁的实践发现:随着业缘关系淡化、传统社会联系的减少及地缘关系的削弱,党群间的“自然联系”趋于消解。基于党和国家的管理逻辑、服务逻辑和党建逻辑,一种密集的自上而下的“工作联系”网络在基层延展。新时期加强基层党群联系的关键在于把密集的工作联系转化为密切的党群联系。It is important to grasp the changes in the mechanism of rural grass-roots party-group linkages for the smooth implementation of the Party’s work in leading rural areas.From the perspective of the historical evolution of the party-group linkage mechanism,the rural grassroots party-group linkage mechanism has undergone a transformation from“natural linkage”to“working linkage”,and there are significant differences between the two in terms of the nature of linkage,social foundation,field of occurrence,reliance subject,and operation laws,etc.Based on the practice of the change of the party-group contact mechanism in the developed eastern regions,we find that the“natural linkage”between the party-groups tends to dissolve with the dilution of business relationship,the reduction of traditional social ties and the weakening of geographical ties.At the same time,based on the management logic,service logic and party building logic of the Party and the state,a dense top-down network of“working linkage”extends at the grass-roots.The key to strengthening grass-roots party ties in the new era lies in transforming the intensive work ties into close party ties.
