摘 要:为了促进建筑业的可持续发展,应用绿色施工技术提高建筑施工管理水平。介绍了绿色建筑技术类型和用途,提出了绿色施工技术在建筑施工管理中的体系构建。应采用因子分析法对绿色建筑技术在施工管理中的应用进行综合评估,分析了绿色施工技术在建筑施工管理中的具体应用:采用节能与能源利用技术,满足节能环保需求,使用资源再生利用技术,利用节水技术,做到循环利用,应用节地与施工用地保护技术,合理规划施工区域。应坚持走现代绿色建筑道路,在建筑施工管理中广泛应用绿色施工技术,解决施工管理存在的问题,提升绿色施工技术的可行性,不断提高建筑施工技术水平,以实现绿色、环保的建设施工。In order to promote the sustainable development of construction industry,green construction technology is applied to improve construction management level.The study introduces the types and application of green construction technique,and proposes green construction technique in system construction of construction management.It is suggested to adopt factor analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the application of green construction technology in construction management;and analyze the specific application of green construction technique in construction management,such as the adoption of energy saving and utilization technology,satisfaction of the demands of energy-saving and environment protection,utilization of resource recycling technology,utilization of water saving technology,cyclic utilization,application of ground saving and construction ground protection technology,and rational plan of construction areas.It is suggested to adhere to modern green construction,widely apply green construction technology in construction management,solve construction management problems,improve the feasibility of green construction technology,and continuously improve construction technology level,to achieve green and environmental construction.
