摘　　要：习近平总书记关于金融工作重要论述是马克思主义政治经济学的一个最新成果。首先,它揭示了金融作为国家经济主权和国家经济职能的本质,发行货币和创造国家信用是国家经济主权的表现,支撑公共信用、分配社会财富、充当公共产品生产和调节社会劳动的工具等是其重要经济职能。其次,金融来源于实体经济,为实体经济服务是社会经济正常运行的客观需要和天职。再次,中国特色社会主义金融运行的宗旨是以人民为中心,其运行要遵循人民福祉和价值增值统一的规律;要有助于实现人民群众共同富裕的目标;要努力满足人民群众对美好生活的愿望和需求。深化金融改革的方向和目标,应以金融供给侧结构性改革为主线;强化监管,防范和化解金融风险;促进金融治理体系和金融治理能力现代化;加强党对金融工作的领导。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on financial work is the latest achievement of Marxist political economy. Firstly, it reveals the essence of finance as national economic sovereignty and national economic function. Issuing currency and creating national credit are manifestations of national economic sovereignty. Supporting public credit, distributing social wealth, producing public goods and regulating social labor are its important economic functions. Secondly, finance comes from the real economy, serving the real economy is an objective requirement for the normal operation of the social economy, and serving the real economy is the duty of finance. Thirdly, the purpose of China’s socialist financial operation is people centered. Its operation must follow the unification of people’s well-being and value appreciation;it must help to achieve the goal of common prosperity for the people;it must strive to meet the people’s desires and needs for a better life. The direction and goal of deepening financial reform should focus on the structural reform of the financial supply side;strengthen supervision, prevent and resolve financial risks;improve the modernization of the financial governance system and financial governance capabilities;strengthen the Party’s leadership over financial work.
