摘　　要：对于国家间贫富分化日趋严重的问题,西方主流经济学的解释力相对匮乏。而演化发展经济学用历史、演化的方法取代西方主流经济学的数学模型,从经济活动质量、创新能力、贸易地位、技术创新的扩散方式等方面解释了国家间贫富分化形成的原因。中国在缩小与发达国家收入差距上的成效显著,并在长期实践中积累了丰富的发展经验,其中包含的一系列实践创新、理论创新和制度创新为全球均衡发展贡献了中国方案和智慧。中国发展实践印证了演化发展经济学的部分观点,同时可以从理论构架和实施方案上丰富和拓展演化发展经济学,增强其对国家间贫富分化问题的解释力。The western mainstream economics is relatively incapable of explaining the increasingly serious polarization between rich and poor countries. Evolutionary development economics replaces the mathematical model of western mainstream economics with historical and evolutionary methods, explains the causes of the polarization between rich and poor countries from the aspects of the quality of economic activities, innovation ability, trade status and the diffusion mode of technological innovation. China has achieved remarkable results in narrowing the income gap with developed countries, and has accumulated rich development experience in long-term practice, such as industrialization, independent innovation, South-South cooperation, national governance with Chinese characteristics, etc., including a series of practical innovations, theoretical innovations and institutional innovation that has contributed Chinese solutions and wisdom to balanced global development. China’s development practice confirms some of the viewpoints of evolutionary development economics, and at the same time enriches and expands evolutionary development economics from the theoretical framework and implementation plans to enhance its explanatory power on the issue of inequality between countries.
