要素生态位视角下中国制造业结构优化研究

摘　　要：研究“生态位—结构—功能”的作用机理对制造业高质量发展有着重要意义。实证要素生态位与制造业结构优化相关性的研究发现:劳动要素生态位显著降低了制造业结构的协调度、活跃度和高级度;而资本要素生态位则显著优化了制造业结构,对要素资源配置效率的影响更强。拓展性研究发现:要素生态位对中国制造业结构协调度的影响具有一致性,对活跃度和高级度的影响存在异质性。为推动制造业结构优化,应营造有利于制造业结构优化的生态环境,培养高技能人才构建劳动要素适宜生态位,适度利用财务杠杆打造资本要素合理生态位。Studying the mechanism of “niche-structure-function” is of great significance to the high-quality development of manufacturing. Research findings on the correlation between the empirical factor niche and the optimization of manufacturing structure: the niche of labor factors significantly reduces the coordination, activity, and advanced level of the manufacturing structure;the capital factor niche has significantly optimized the structure of the manufacturing industry and has a stronger impact on the efficiency of factor resource allocation. Extensive research found that the influence of factor niche on the coordination degree of manufacturing structure is consistent, and the influence on the active degree and advanced degree is heterogeneous. In order to promote the optimization of the manufacturing structure, an ecological environment conducive to the optimization of the manufacturing structure should be created, high-skilled talents should be cultivated to build a suitable ecological niche for labor factors, and financial leverage should be appropriately used to create a reasonable ecological niche of capital factors.
