摘 要:提出了一种新型电源嵌入式Z源逆变器。该逆变器采用双电源供电结构,在一定的占空比范围内相较于传统Z源逆变器拥有更优秀的升压能力,并且可以在单电源故障的情况下继续运行,电路稳定性好,电路器件电压应力小。首先介绍了该逆变器的工作原理,分析了电路的正常和非正常工作情况,并与其他逆变器性能做比较,在理论上论证了其优越性。最后,利用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建仿真模型并制作实物电路进行测试,验证了理论分析的正确性和可行性。A novel power supply embedded Z-source inverter is proposed.This inverter adopts a dual-power supply structure,which has a better boosting capacity than the traditional Z-source inverter in a certain duty ratio range.In addition,it can continue to operate in the case of a single power failure,with a satisfying circuit stability and a low voltage stress in circuit components.First,the working principle of the inverter is introduced,and the working conditions of the circuit under normal and abnormal conditions are analyzed.Then,its performance is compared with those of other inverters,which verifies its advantage theoretically.Finally,a simulation model was built using the Matlab/Simulink software,and a real circuit was made for testing,which verified the correctness and feasibility of theoretical analysis.
