“双循环”背景下广州外贸企业转型升级策略探析

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情对世界经济贸易增长造成巨大冲击,复杂的国际形势也给外贸企业带来巨大的外部挑战。为了冲破困境,适应新形势的发展,我国提出了构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,鼓励外贸企业通过“出口转内销”的方法战胜困难。在此背景下,广州外贸发展应扩大内需、立足国内大循环,从内到外改革创新发展模式,而外贸企业转型升级是有效推动广州市外贸发展的重要渠道。广州外贸企业应充分利用国内外两个市场、两种资源加速转型步伐。现据此背景,通过分析广州外贸企业转型升级现状、转型升级存在的问题,从而提出广州外贸企业转型升级策略,以期帮助广州外贸企业更好地实现转型升级。The novel coronavirus pneumonia has caused great impact on world economic and trade growth,and the complicated international situation has brought enormous external challenges to foreign trade enterprises.In order to break through the difficulties and adapt to the development of the new situation,China has proposed to build a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other,and encourage foreign trade enterprises to overcome difficulties through the method of“export to domestic sales”.In this context,the development of foreign trade in Guangzhou should expand domestic demand,base on the domestic cycle,reform and innovate the development model from inside to outside,and the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises is an important channel to effectively promote the development of foreign trade in Guangzhou.Guangzhou foreign trade enterprises should make full use of both domestic and foreign markets and resources to accelerate the pace of transformation. Based on this background, by analyzing the current situation and problems of transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises in Guangzhou, this paper puts forward the transformation and upgrading strategies of foreign trade enterprises in Guangzhou, in order to better realize the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises in Guangzhou.
