摘  要:广泛应用于电力、金属冶炼和半导体制造等相关行业中的SF_(6)气体,具有较强的温室效应和较长的大气寿命,妥善处理SF_(6)废气对环境保护具有重要意义。为探索高效率热催化降解SF_(6)废气的方法,采用CePO_(4)作催化剂并添加不同体积分数的O_(2),在800℃时降解SF_(6)气体(体积分数为15%);采用气相色谱仪检测SF_(6)体积分数并计算了降解率;采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)对SF_(6)气体的部分降解产物进行了定性定量分析。研究结果表明,O_(2)体积分数在30%和40%时,SF_(6)气体10 h降解率达99.99%,O_(2)体积分数对SF_(6)气体的最终降解率具有较大影响,O_(2)充足可使SF_(6)气体充分降解。GC-MS检测结果显示,SF_(6)分解的主要气体产物为SO_(2)F2、SOF2和SO_(2);O_(2)会抑制产物SOF2气体的正向生成过程,SOF2气体的净生成量随O_(2)体积分数的增加而减少;O_(2)能促进SO_(2)F2气体分解,SO_(2)F2气体的净生成量随O_(2)体积分数的增加而减少。因此,通过控制O_(2)体积分数可控制产物产量,方便对产物进行处理。研究成果对消除SF_(6)废气带来的温室效应具有技术指导意义。SF_(6),which is widely used in electric power,metal smelting,semiconductor manufacturing and other related industries,has a high greenhouse effect and a long life in the atmosphere.Proper treatment of SF_(6) exhaust is important to environmental protection.In order to explore the method of high-efficiency thermocatalytic degradation of SF_(6) exhaust,CePO_(4) was used as catalyst and different volume fractions of O_(2) were added to degrade SF_(6) gas(with a volume fraction of 15%)at 800℃.The volume fraction of SF_(6) was detected by a gas chromatograph and the degradation rate was calculated.A gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)was used to analyze the degradation products of SF_(6) gas qualitatively and quantitatively.The results show that when the volume fraction of O_(2) is 30%and 40%,the degradation rate of SF_(6) gas reaches 99.99%in 10 hours.The volume fraction of O_(2) can affect the final degradation rate of SF_(6) gas,and sufficient O_(2) can ensure full degradation of SF_(6) gas.GC-MS test results show that the main gas products of SF_(6) decomposition are SO_(2)F2,SOF2,and SO_(2).O_(2) can inhibit the forward generation process of SOF2 gas,and the net yield of SOF2 gas decreases with the increase of the volume fraction of O_(2).O_(2) can promote the decomposition of SO_(2)F2 gas,and the net yield of SO_(2)F2 gas decreases with the increase of the volume fraction of O_(2).Therefore,the product yield can be controlled by controlling the volume fraction of O_(2),which is convenient for the treatment of the product.The research results have technical guiding significance for eliminating the greenhouse effect caused by SF_(6) exhaust.
