摘  要:为研究电压稳定剂对交联聚乙烯(crosslinkedpolyethylene,XLPE)电树枝特性的影响,选取间氨基苯甲酸作为电压稳定剂,通过溶液共混和热压法制备了含电压稳定剂质量分数为1%的XLPE针-板电极试样,采用凝胶萃取法测定了试样的凝胶含量,利用实时显微镜观测系统和局部放电同步测量系统研究了试样中电树枝引发和生长特性。结果表明:添加电压稳定剂后,XLPE凝胶质量分数大于80%,符合标准要求;添加电压稳定剂能使XLPE起树电压提高20.7%;在不同外施电压下,电树枝呈现出松枝状、滞长型、枝状和丛状四种典型的树枝形态;电压稳定剂有助于延长6 kV电压下XLPE中松枝状电树枝的滞长期;外施电压为8 kV、10 kV和12 kV时,电压稳定剂的引入降低了XLPE中电树枝的生长速度和局部放电量增长率,明显抑制了12 kV下XLPE中丛状电树枝向快速生长阶段的发展。因此,电压稳定剂对XLPE中电树枝的引发和生长具有明显的抑制作用。To study the influence of voltage stabilizers on electrical tree characteristics of crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE), 3-aminobenzoic acid is selected as a voltage stabilizer. The needle-plate electrode samples with 1%-mass fraction of voltage stabilizer are prepared by solution blending and hot pressing method. The gel content of samples is determined by gel extraction method. Based on a real-time microscope observation system and partial discharge synchronous measurement system, the initiation and propagation characteristics of electrical tree in XLPE are studied. The results show that the gel content of XLPE meets the standard requirements with a value more than 80% after adding the voltage stabilizer. The initiation voltage of electrical tree in XLPE improves by 20.7% with the addition of the voltage stabilizer.Under different applied voltages, the morphology of electrical tree shows four typical structures as follows: branch-pine tree, stagnated tree, branch tree, and bush tree. Adding the voltage stabilizer is beneficial to prolonging the stagnation time of branch-pine tree in XLPE at 6 kV. The growth rate of electrical tree and partial discharge in XLPE at 8 kV, 10 kV and 12 kV decrease with the addition of voltage stabilizer. And the development of bush tree in XLPE at 12 kV entering the rapid growth stage is obviously inhibited. Therefore, voltage stabilizer has an obvious inhibition effect on the initiation and growth of electrical tree in XLPE.
