摘 要:传统调制策略难以使级联H桥多电平逆变器同时具有较优的输出电压谐波特性以及实现各级联单元间功率均衡,针对该问题提出了一种基于载波循环控制的新型调制策略。该调制策略通过调整单个传统载波在垂直方向的排布进而重构出新的循环载波,并详细推导了在全调制度下各级联单元平均输出功率的表达式,结果表明该调制策略不但可以得到最优的输出电压谐波特性,同时还能够使各级联单元之间实现级联单元间功率均衡,最后搭建的仿真模型和实验平台均证实了所提新型功率均衡调制策略的可行性和有效性。It is difficult for the traditional modulation strategies to enable the cascaded h-bridge multilevel inverter to simultaneously possess the optimal output voltage harmonic characteristics and realize the power balance among all levels of connected units. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new power balance modulation strategy based on carrier cycle reconstruction.A new cyclic carrier is reconstructed by adjusting the vertical arrangement of single traditional carrier,and the expression of average output power of all levels of cascading units under full modulation is derived in detail. The results show that the modulation strategy can not only obtain the optimal output voltage harmonic, but also realize the power balance between cascaded units. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed new power balance modulation strategy are confirmed by simulation model and experimental platform results.
