摘　　要：静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(DVT)和肺血栓栓塞症(PTE),是导致围手术期患者死亡的常见原因。VTE风险因素很多,术中的相关风险因素占很大比例,因此手术室实施预防措施至关重要。研究团队通过系统性整合文献并结合全国相关领域医疗与护理专家临床经验及意见,对手术室VTE相关危险因素、手术患者VTE的评估内容及方法、手术室VTE预防护理策略和预防措施等推荐内容的理论及实践指导达成共识,在手术室VTE的培训与考核方面进行修改和完善,为手术室护理人员的工作提供参考。Venous thromboembolism(VTE),including deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE),is a common cause of death in perioperative patients.There are many risk factors for VTE,and related risk factors in surgery account for a large proportion.Therefore,it is critical to take preventive measures in the Operating Room.Through systematic literature review and clinical experience and opinions of medical and nursing experts in related fields across China,our research team has reached consensus on the theoretical and practical guidance of recommended contents such as VTE-related risk factors in the Operating Room,evaluation content and methods of surgical patients,and VTE preventive strategies and measures in the Operating Room.The training and assessment of VTE in the Operating Room have been revised and improved to provide reference for the work of Operating Room nurses.
