摘 要:目的探讨基于可调节式沙袋的个体化力量训练在全膝关节置换术后早期康复中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样方法,选择2019年11月—2020年11月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院关节外科收治的60例患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者术后予以常规康复训练,试验组患者术后早期借鉴可调节式沙袋实施个体化力量训练。比较两组患者术后第3天、第7天及出院时的膝关节功能评分(HSS)和膝关节活动度。结果术后第3天、第7天及出院时,试验组患者的HSS评分及膝关节活动度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期基于可调节式沙袋实施个体化力量训练能够促进人工全膝关节置换术患者的术后康复,提高患者早期下床适应能力。Objective To explore the effect of individualized strength training based on adjustable sandbags in early rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 60 patients admitted to the Joint Surgery Department of the Affiliated Huaian First People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as the research object.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation after operation,and the patients in the experimental group received individualized strength training using adjustable sandbags in the early postoperative period.The Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)and the range of motion of the knee joint were compared between the two groups on the third day,the seventh day after operation and at the time of discharge.Results On the third and seventh days after operation and at the time of discharge,the HSS score and the range of motion of the knee joint in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Early implementation of individualized strength training based on adjustable sandbags can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty,and improve their ability to adapt to early ambulation.
