摘　　要：本文综述了中青年维持性血液透析患者自我管理的相关概念、评价工具、现状水平、主要内容、影响因素及干预模式,并对中青年维持性血液透析患者自我管理的发展进行展望,旨在为中青年维持性血液透析患者的自我管理实践及效果评价提供参考依据。This paper reviews the concepts,evaluation tools,current level,main contents,influencing factors and intervention modes of self-management of young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients.This paper looks forward to the development of self-management of young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients,so as to provide a reference for the self-management practice and effect evaluation of young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients.
