摘　　要：随着信息通信技术及互联网的快速发展,远程心理健康服务的应用越来越广泛。本文介绍了远程心理健康的概念及发展,阐述了国外远程心理健康服务的模式及设置,重点对国外远程心理健康服务在脑卒中患者康复中的实施方式及应用效果等进行综述,旨在为我国临床开展远程心理健康相关服务以促进脑卒中患者的康复效果提供参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of information and communication technology and the internet,the application of telemental health services has become more and more extensive.This paper introduces the concept and development of telemental health,and expounds the mode and setting of telemental health services abroad.This paper focuses on the review of the implementation methods and application effects of foreign telemental health services in the rehabilitation of stroke patients,so as to provide a reference for the clinical development of telemental health services in China to promote the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
