摘 要:肝移植技术的广泛发展和移植成功率的提高在近十年来产生了巨大的影响,主要得益于新的免疫抑制药物的引入,急性排斥反应发生率的显著降低。然而,免疫抑制药物的发展也导致了肝移植后一系列严重不良反应,包括感染、心血管疾病、肾功能衰竭、代谢紊乱和新生肿瘤,其中感染是肝移植后主要的不良反应。因此,对于免疫抑制药物的使用以及术后感染的相关研究对于提高肝移植的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。文中回顾近年来临床常见免疫抑制药物,概述了肝移植的几种常见感染类型,并提出减少肝移植术后感染的发展前景。Due to the development of immunosuppressive drugs,the incidence of acute rejection has been significantly reduced,causing the huge impact in liver transplantation technology and the improvement of transplantation success rate.However,the development of immunosuppressive drugs has also led to a series of serious adverse reactions after liver transplantation,including infection,cardiovascular diseases,renal failure,metabolic disorders and neoplasms,among which the most important adverse reaction after liver transplantation is infection.Therefore,in order to further improve the safety and reliability of liver transplantation,focus on the use of immunosuppressive drugs and postoperative infection is a necessity.This paper reviews common immunosuppressive drugs and summarizes several common infection types of liver transplantation,proposing the development prospect of reducing infection after liver transplantation.
