摘 要:基于半圆弯拉试验,采用断裂能量、柔性指数等指标来评价玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:对于不同沥青种类混合料,玄武岩纤维对SBS改性沥青混合料抗裂缝扩展性能的增强略优于基质沥青混合料的,但抗裂缝发展速度得到大幅提升;对于不同最大公称粒径混合料,玄武岩纤维对细粒径混合料的抗裂缝扩展性能的增强效应优于粗粒径混合料的,而玄武岩纤维对细粒径混合料的抗裂缝发展速度的增强效应不如粗粒径沥青混合料的;对于不同集配的混合料,玄武岩纤维对连续级配的沥青混合料的抗裂缝扩展性能和抗裂缝开展速度的增强效应均优于间断型级配的沥青混合料的。总体而言,玄武岩纤维可以较大幅度地提高沥青混合料的抗开裂能力,并降低开裂时裂缝发展速度。Based on the semicircular bending tension test,the fracture energy and flexibility index were used to evaluate the influence of basalt fiber on the crack resistance of asphalt mixture.The results show that for different types of asphalt mixture,basalt fiber has significant difference in its enhancement effect,which shows that SBS modified asphalt mixture has significant advantages over matrix asphalt mixture.In addition,when the maximum nominal particle size of mixture is different,basalt fiber has a very strong effect on the anti-cracking propagation performance of the mixture.The significant difference is that the fine particle size of asphalt mixture has a significant advantage over the coarse one.However,the enhancement effect of basalt fiber on the anti-cracking development speed of fine-grained asphalt mixture is not as good as that of coarse-grained asphalt mixture;when the mixtures use different aggregate proportions,continuous graded asphalt mixture has obvious advantages over discontinuous graded asphalt mixture,which is reflected in the enhancement effect of basalt fiber on the anti-cracking propagation performance of mixture.In addition,the influence of fracture development speed is also obvious.Overall,basalt fibers can greatly increase the crack resistance of the asphalt mixture and reduce the rate of crack development.
