安脑片联合西药治疗原发性高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察安脑片联合西药治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择68例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组35例和对照组33例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予安脑片口服。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、血压水平及眩晕程度。结果:观察组总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组75.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.649,P<0.05)。治疗前,2组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后SBP、DBP水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBP、DBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分及欧洲眩晕评价量表(EEV)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分及EEV评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分及EEV评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安脑片联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效确切,可有效降低患者血压水平,改善临床症状及体征,减轻眩晕程度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Annao tablets combined with western medicine on essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 68 patients with essential hypertension were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases and 33 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Annao tablets based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated.Before and after treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores,levels of blood pressure and degrees of vertigo were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.29%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.76%in the control group,the difference being significant(χ2=4.649,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparisons of scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and European Evaluation of Vertigo scale(EEV)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome and EEV in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Annao tablets combined with western medicine has a definite curative effect on vertigo symptoms of essential hypertension,which can effectively reduce the levels of blood pressure of patients,improve the clinical symptoms and signs,and reduce the degrees of vertigo.
