清毒补益方辅助治疗hr-HPV感染疗效及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清毒补益方辅助治疗高危型宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(hr-HPV)感染的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将240例湿热毒邪内蕴兼肝肾亏虚型hr-HPV感染患者分为对照组与观察组,每组120例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合清毒补益方治疗。比较2组临床疗效、hr-HPV转阴率及治疗前后hr-HPV DNA病毒载量、宫颈病变评分、中医证候评分、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、hr-HPV转阴率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组hr-HPV DNA病毒载量、宫颈病变评分及中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且观察组免疫指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清毒补益方联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗hr-HPV感染效果显著,可降低患者hr-HPV DNA病毒载量,提高免疫功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qingdu Buyi prescription on high-risk human papillomavirus(hr-HPV)infection and its effect on immune function of patients.Methods:A total of 240 patients with hr-HPV infection of dampness-heat toxin accumulation and liver-kidney depletion type were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qingdu Buyi prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,negative conversion rates of hr-HPV,DNA viral load of hr-HPV,scores of cervical lesions,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,levels of CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and negative conversion rate of hr-HPV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the DNA viral load of hr-HPV and scores of cervical lesions and Chinese medicine syndrome in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of CD8^(+)were lower;the improvement in immune indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qingdu Buyi prescription combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel has a significant effect on hr-HPV infection,which can reduce the DNA viral load of hr-HPV and improve the immune function.
