川百止痒洗剂治疗血液透析合并尿毒症皮肤瘙痒临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察川百止痒洗剂对血液透析合并尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的作用。方法:选取112例血液透析合并尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组55例和观察组57例。对照组给予西医标准治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上应用川百止痒洗剂擦洗。比较2组的瘙痒程度和全身炎症反应情况。结果:治疗前,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及瘙痒评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组瘙痒评分较治疗前降低,且观察组瘙痒评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组hs-CRP及IL-2水平较治疗前降低,且观察组hs-CRP及IL-2水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组口服抗组胺药物使用率和类固醇药膏使用率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川百止痒洗剂能够减轻血液透析患者的尿毒症瘙痒程度和全身炎症反应。Objective:To observe the effect of Chuangbai Zhiyang lotion for pruritus in uremia patient underwent hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients with pruritus and uremia underwent hemodialysis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 55 and 57 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with standardized treatment scheme of western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given Chuangbai Zhiyang lotion based on the treatment of control group.The degree of pruritus and systemic inflammatory responses were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and pruritus between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of pruritus in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score in the observation group was lower than that before treatment and that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of hs-CRP and IL-2 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The usage rates of oral administration with antihistamines and steroid ointment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chuangbai Zhiyang lotion can relieve the degree of pruritus and systemic inflammatory responses of uremia patients underwent hemodialysis.
