摘　　要：林夏泉认为,岭南外感发热主要病机为脾虚湿盛、外感风热,分为外感风热之轻症、重症,及湿热下注胃肠、膀胱等兼证变证,治以清热利湿、透邪退热,自创经验方青灵汤,制成广东省中医院院内制剂青柴灵口服液,临床应用至今,收效满意。LIN Xiaquan holds that the main pathogenesis of fever from external contraction in the Lingnan area is the spleen deficiency and exuberant dampness,and external contraction and wind-heat;such disease can be divided into mild and severe external contraction and wind-heat and may bring out transmuted and combined syndromes of dampness-heat pouring downward to the stomach-intestines,bladder,and so on.The treatment should focus on clearing heat and draining dampness,and venting pathogen and bringing down a fever.Self-made Qingling tang is a proven prescription and is made into Qingchailing oral liquid,which is a hospital preparation produced by Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the clinical application has been achieving satisfying effects.
