摘　　要：目的:对复方青黛胶囊开展临床综合评价研究,为该药的合理应用提供参考。方法:对药品上市前后相关研究文献进行梳理和分析,从药学特性、有效性、安全性、经济性、适宜性、可及性和创新性等方面对复方青黛胶囊进行分析和评价。结果:复方青黛胶囊上市前后开展了作用机制、临床疗效与评价、安全性监测及药物经济学评价等研究。结论:复方青黛胶囊治疗银屑病、玫瑰糠疹有一定的临床循证证据,并被纳入多个临床应用指南和专家共识。OBJECTIVE:To carry out clinical comprehensive evaluation on compound Qingdai capsules,so as to provide reference for its rational medication.METHODS:Relevant literature before and after the compound Qingdai capsules appeared on the market was reviewed and analyzed,and the compound Qingdai capsules were analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economical efficiency,suitability,accessibility and innovation.RESULTS:The mechanism of action,clinical efficacy and evaluation,safety monitoring and pharmacoeconomic evaluation of compound Qingdai capsules were studied before and after it appeared on the market.CONCLUSIONS:There is certain clinical evidence-based evidence for the compound Qingdai capsules in the treatment of psoriasis and pityriasis rosea,which has been included in several clinical application guidelines and expert consensus.
