摘  要:针对兰新(兰州—乌鲁木齐)铁路乌奎段自提速以来路基沉降病害不断发展的问题,通过现场调查、现场试验、变形监测等方法,明确了兰新铁路乌奎段沉降病害分布特征及影响因素,提出了经济合理的整治技术。结果表明:兰新铁路乌奎段病害总长1 370 m,最大沉降150 mm,主要分布在路基高度大于1.5 m的地段、路涵过渡段;基于行车安全评价条件,将沉降病害分为不沉降、沉降、较严重沉降、严重沉降四类,兰新铁路乌奎段沉降病害均属于严重沉降,对线路运营安全影响极大;导致病害发生的因素包括路基承载力低、地基系数偏低、压实度不足,路基填料中的粉土、粉质黏土含水率高(高于塑限)以及火车提速动荷载增加;根据现场试验整治效果和经济性分析,在路基沉降病害整治中,宜采用注浆加固和旋喷桩等措施,不推荐采用侧限框架。In view of the continuous development of subgrade settlement diseases in Wuxi-Kuitun section of LanzhouUrumqi railway since the speed-raising,through on-site investigation,on-site test,deformation monitoring and other methods,the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of settlement diseases in Wuxi-Kuitun section were clarified,and economically reasonable remediation technologies were put forward. The results show that the total length of the disease in Wuxi-Kuitun section is 1 370 m,and the maximum settlement is 150 mm,which is mainly distributed in sections with subgrade height greater than 1.5 m and subgrade-culvert transition sections. Based on the traffic safety evaluation conditions,the settlement diseases can be classified into four categories:no settlement,settlement,relatively serious settlement and serious settlement. The settlement diseases of Wuxi-Kuitun section are all belong to serious settlement,which has a great impact on the line operation safety. The factors leading to the disease include low subgrade bearing capacity,low foundation coefficient,insufficient compactness,high moisture content of silt and silty clay in subgrade filler(higher than the plastic limit),the increment of dynamic load when the train speed-raising should also be considered. According to the field test and economic analysis,measures such as grouting reinforcement and jet grouting piles should be adopted in the renovation of subgrade subsidence diseases,and the use of lateral limiting frame is not recommended.
