摘  要:将低分子量聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)、马来酸酐(MA)和勃姆石制成预混料,研究了PPC预混料和白炭黑的用量对NBR/AEM耐油密封胶加工性能、力学、耐老化、耐介质以及压缩性能的影响;结果表明,PPC预混料具有增塑作用,可缩短硫化时间,改善胶料的流动性,便于加工成型;PPC预混料还可提高胶料的拉伸强度、伸长率、耐老化及耐介质性能,降低胶料的体积吸油率和压缩永久变形;当PPC预混料用量21份,白炭黑用量15份时,胶料的综合性能最好,且明显优于白炭黑填充胶;低分子量PPC替代酯类增塑剂,可为绿色橡胶的研究提供有益的参考。Low molecular weight polypropylene carbonate(PPC),maleic anhydride(MA)and boehmite were prepared as premixes.The effects of the amount of PPC premix and silica on the processing properties,mechanics,aging resistance,medium resistance and compression properties of NBR/AEM oil-resistant sealants were studied.The results show that the PPC premix has a plasticizing effect,which can shorten the vulcanization time,improve the fluidity of the rubber compound,and facilitate processing and molding.PPC premix can also improve the tensile strength,elongation,aging resistance and medium resistance of the rubber compound,and reduce the volume oil absorption rate and compression set.When the amount of PPC premix is 21 parts and the amount of silica is 15 parts,the comprehensive performance of the rubber compound is the best,and it is obviously better than that of the silica filler.The use of low molecular weight PPC to replace ester plasticizers can provide a useful reference for the research of green rubber.
