摘  要:阻挡器是自动化流水线的一个重要组成部件,是保证工装物料高效输送的同时可以实现停止、转线、积放等功能的前提,在使用过程中大量工件冲击,如果不能很好的维护及适时优化,会导致故障率升高、寿命降低,从而影响整个自动化流水线的输送效率,造成维护费用增高。因此,阻挡器使用过程中要根据维护情况总结分析,优化结构设计,以实现增效降本的目标。The stopper is an important component of the automated assembly line,and it is the premise to ensure the efficient transportation of tooling materials,and at the same time,it can realize functions such as stop,line transfer,accumulation and release.The stopper was impacted by a large number of workpieces during use.If they are not well maintained and optimized in a timely manner,the failure rate will increase and the service life will decrease,which will affect the conveying efficiency of the entire automated assembly line and increase maintenance costs.Therefore,during the use of the stopper,it is necessary to summarize and analyze the maintenance situation and optimize the structural design to achieve the goal of increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
