摘 要:上辅机油料输送系统作用是将生产所需油料输送到油料秤,油料常温下黏度较高,无法通过管道输送,需要将油料进行加热增强其流动性。轮胎厂对油料的伴热一般采用蒸汽作为加热介质,通过对伴热的合理设计,能使油温稳定在工艺要求的温度区间,本文分析了一种上辅机油料输送系统的蒸汽伴热设计,为相关设计工作提供参考与借鉴。The function of the upper auxiliary oil conveying system is to convey the oil required for production to the oil scale.Oil has high viscosity at room temperature and cannot be transported through pipelines.It needs to be heated to enhance its fluidity.The tire factory generally uses steam as the heating medium for the heat tracing of the oil.Through the reasonable design of the heat tracing,the oil temperature can be stabilized in the temperature range required by the process.This paper analyzes the steam tracing design of an upper auxiliary oil conveying system to provide reference for related design work.
