摘 要:为了研究广西贵港地区猪瘟、高致病性蓝耳病区域净化效果,2020年7-12月对广西贵港地区部分规模化猪场采集血液、车拭子、猪场环境拭子(含返场隔离人员手拭子)、组织病料、去势液、精液、空气样本、蚊子苍蝇等媒介昆虫、猪场内外野生老鼠的血液、皮毛拭子、组织病料等共计49745份样品进行了病原学和血清学检测。结果显示,病原学检测均为阴性,猪瘟抗体阳性率91.65%,蓝耳病抗体阳性率为0.00%。结果表明,广西贵港地区猪瘟、高致病性蓝耳病区域净化效果显著。For the demand of the purification effect of swine fever and highly pathogenic blue-ear disease in Guigang area of Guangxi,July-December,2020 to your port in guangxi region scale pig blood collected,swab swab,pig environment(including back for quarantine personnel hand swabs),tissue disease,fluid of castration,semen,air samples media,mosquitoes,flies and other insects,pig and wild rats blood,fur swab,epidemic materials such as the etiology and a total of 49745 samples of blood purification test.The results showed that all the etiological tests were negative.The positive rate of CSF antibody was 91.65%.The antibody positive rate of blue ear disease was 0.00%.The results showed that the purification effect of swine fever and highly pathogenic blue-ear disease in Guigang area of Guangxi was remarkable.
