摘  要:从河北省各地采集患有子宫内膜炎奶牛的病料,对大肠杆菌进行分离鉴定,并对其致病性、血清型、耐药性及可移动遗传原件进行检测。结果显示,分离得到了29株致病性大肠杆菌。在这些菌株中,检测出4种血清型,其中O89与O128为优势血清型。分离菌对新霉素耐药率高达68.97%(20/29);17株为多重耐药菌,它们对β-内酰胺类和四环素类抗生素耐药率均高于58.82%(10/17);qnrB耐药基因的检出率高达86.21%(25/29);共检测出intI1、tnpU、tnp513、traA、ISEcp1和trbC 6种可移动遗传原件,携带可移动遗传原件越多的细菌,细菌的耐药基因数量越多,多重耐药性越强。本试验分析了河北地区奶牛子宫内膜炎大肠杆菌的耐药表型与耐药基因的传播情况,为奶牛子宫内膜炎的治疗提供了理论依据。In order to analyze the drug-resistant phenotype and the transmission of drug-resistant genes of E.coli from endometritis dairy cows in Hebei Province.The samples of endometritis dairy cows were collected from dairy farms of Hebei Province,the E.coli was isolated and identified,and its pathogenicity,serotype,drug resistance and mobile genetic elements were detected.The results showed that 29 strains of pathogenic E.coli were isolated.Four serotypes were detected,of which O89 and O128 were the dominant serotypes.The isolates were resistant to neomycin with the high rate of 68.97%(20/29).17 of which were multi resistant,their resistant rates toβ-lactam and tetracycline antibiotics were higher than 58.82%(10/17).The detection rate of qnrB resistance gene reached to 86.21%(25/29).6 mobile genetic elements,intI1,tnpU,tnp513,traA,ISEcp1 and trbC were detected.The more mobile genetic elements carried by bacteria,the more resistant genes and the stronger multi drug resistance.This experiment provides a basis for the treatment of dairy cow endometritis.
