摘 要:旨在探究包被复合微量元素对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。选取1日龄体质量(32.61±0.6)g相近、健康状况良好的雄性黄羽肉鸡360只,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组在饲粮中添加未包被的普通复合微量元素。处理组A、B、C、D、E组分别在饲粮中添加200,400,600,800和1000 mg/kg包被复合微量元素。饲喂56 d后,每个重复随机选取2只鸡测定肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质。结果表明,1~28日龄,平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增质量(ADG)和料重比(F/G)各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。29~56日龄,与对照组相比,E组ADFI显著下降(P<0.05);与A组相比,C组、D组和E组ADFI显著下降(P<0.05)。各组之间ADG差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各处理组F/G差异不显著(P>0.05);与A组相比,C组和E组F/G显著下降(P<0.05)。1~56日龄,与对照组相比,E组ADFI显著下降(P<0.05);与A组相比,E组ADFI显著下降(P<0.05)。各组之间ADG差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各处理组F/G差异不显著(P>0.05);与A组相比,C组F/G显著下降(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,C组肉鸡全净膛率显著提高(P<0.05);各处理组肉鸡全净膛率差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,B组和C组胸肌pH值显著提高(P<0.05);各处理组胸肌pH值差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,B组胸肌剪切力显著下降(P<0.05);与E组相比,B组胸肌剪切力显著下降(P<0.05)。综合以上结果得出,包被复合微量元素在黄羽肉鸡饲粮中替代普通未包被的复合微量元素,可有效减少微量元素添加量,不影响黄羽肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能,并且在一定程度上能够改善肉鸡胸肌肉品质。适宜添加剂量为400 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of coated compound trace elements on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 360 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers with similar body weight of(32.61±0.6)g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed basal diet with uncoated common compound trace elements.Broilers in groups A,B,C,D and E were fed basal diet with 200,400,600,800,1000 mg/kg coated compound trace elements.After 56 d of feeding,two birds were randomly selected from each replicate to determine the growth performance,slaughtering performance and meat quality of yellow-feathered broilers.The results showed as follows:At 1to 28d of age,the differences of average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed to weight ratio of each group were not significant(P>0.05).At 29to56dof age,compared with the control group,the group E had a lower average daily feed intake of broilers(P<0.05),compared with the group A,the groups C,D and E had a lower average daily feed intake of broilers(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily gain among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in feed to gain ratio among treatment groups(P>0.05),compared with the group A,the groups C and E had a lower feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).At 1to 56dof age,compared with the control group,the group E had a lower average daily feed intake of broilers(P<0.05),compared with the group A,the group E had a lower average daily feed intake of broilers(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily gain among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in feed to gain ratio among the treatment groups(P>0.05),compared with the group A,the group C had a lower feed to gain ratio(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the group C had a higher percentage of eviscerated weight of broilers(P<0.05),t
