摘　　要：目前智能变电站中用到的工具或软件不能随运维人员的需求而灵活改变,开发周期长。文章基于通用组态技术并结合继电保护在线监测平台,实现各类功能的组态开发,各种类型的输入输出的逻辑功能灵活定制以满足现场各类作业需求。通过在变电站试点应用,验证了此系统的有效性和灵活性,实现了运维功能的自由配置,提高了现场作业效率,降低了变电站运维风险,保证变电站的安全稳定运行与维护。At present,the tools or software used in the intelligent substation can not change flexibly with the needs of operation and maintenance personnel,and the development cycle is long.Based on the general configuration technology and combined with the relay protection online monitoring platform,this paper realizes the configuration development of various functions,and the logic functions of various types of input and output are flexibly customized to meet the needs of various operations on site.Through the pilot application in the substation,the effectiveness and flexibility of the system are verified.It realizes the free configuration of operation and maintenance functions,improves the on-site operation efficiency,reduces the operation and maintenance risk of the substation,and ensures the safe and stable operation and maintenance of the substation.
