摘  要:随着数字城市向智慧城市的转化升级,城市管理越来越趋向精细化,建筑信息模型(BIM)和地理信息系统(GIS)的融合必不可少。文章采用基于SWRL规则的BIM和GIS建筑本体融合方法,也就是通过建立LOD0-LOD4五层SWRL规则将本体由IFC标准转变为CityGML标准,再提取其实体类型和属性信息并用CGA规则语言来表示,最终实现对CityGML标准模型的建立。该方法采用CGA规则语言建立CityGML模型,在语义和几何层面上实现了BIM和GIS的融合与转换,避免了传统数据转换引起的数据缺失,可以实现大规模的高效建模。With the transformation and upgrading from digital city to smart city,urban management tends to be more and more refined,and the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) is indispensable.This paper adopts the building ontology integration method of Bim and GIS based on SWRL rules,that is,through the construction of LOD0-LOD4 five layer SWRL rules,the ontology is transformed from IFC standard to CityGML standard,and then its entity type and attribute information are extracted and expressed in CGA rule language,and the establishment of CityGML standard model is realized finally.This method uses CGA rule language to establish CityGML model,realizes the fusion and transformation of Bim and GIS at the semantic and geometric levels,avoids the data loss caused by traditional data transformation,and can realize large-scale and efficient modeling.
