摘 要:阴茎勃起的过程是由神经、血管及平滑肌等共同协作完成的,其本质是一系列神经血管活动。阴茎海绵体组织的病变及损伤都可能导致勃起功能障碍的发生。勃起功能障碍是一种常见却复杂的疾病,目前临床治疗多侧重于改善患者的临床症状,因此,有研究人员提出将重点转移到治愈和恢复患者勃起功能上。目前临床有关阴茎海绵体组织再生与修复的治疗手段主要包括低强度体外冲击波治疗及低强度脉冲超声治疗,相关的基础及临床研究表明,其能通过使阴茎海绵体组织再生和恢复来有效改善患者勃起功能;另外虽然干细胞治疗、富血小板血浆及基因治疗还未正式应用于临床,但相关基础研究显示,这些治疗手段能使阴茎海绵体组织再生和恢复,但仍需要进一步的临床研究去确定这些疗法在勃起功能障碍治疗中的效果。本研究对当前阴茎海绵体组织的再生及修复作一综述。The process of penile erection is completed by the cooperation of nerves, blood vessels and smooth muscles, its essence is a series of neurovascular activities. Erectile dysfunction can be caused by pathological changes and damage of corpus cavernosum tissue. Erectile dysfunction is a common but complex disease. At present, the clinical treatment of erectile dysfunction mainly focuses on improving the clinical symptoms of patients. Therefore, some researchers propose to transfer the focus to cure and restore erectile function. At present, low intensity of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and low intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy are the main clinical treatment methods for the regeneration and repair of the corpus cavernose tissue, related basic and clinical studies have shown that it can effectively improve erectile function of patients through regeneration and repair of corpus cavernosum tissue. In addition, although stem cell therapy, platelet rich plasma and gene therapy have not been officially used in clinical practice, basic studies have shown that these therapies can regenerate and restore the corpus cavernosa tissue, but further clinical studies are needed to determine their role in erectile dysfunction. This study reviews the current status of regeneration and repair of corpus cavernosum tissue.
