谷氨酰胺联合前列舒通治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的效果及机制

摘　　要：目的探讨谷氨酰胺联合前列舒通治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的效果及机制。方法选取30只SPF级Wistar大鼠作为研究对象。分为对照组、模型组、前列舒通组、谷氨酰胺组及联用组,每组6只。比较五组大鼠血浆及尿液谷氨酰胺水平,白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,以及核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)及IL-1β表达。结果模型组大鼠血浆及尿液中谷氨酰胺水平明显低于对照组,谷氨酰胺组、联用组大鼠血浆及尿液中谷氨酰胺水平明显高于模型组(P<0.05);模型组大鼠血浆中IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8及IL-2水平明显高于对照组,谷氨酰胺组、前列舒通组、联用组大鼠血浆中IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8及IL-2水平明显低于模型组,联用组大鼠血浆中IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8及IL-2水平明显低于前列舒通组(P<0.05);模型组大鼠前列腺组织中NF-κB、NLRP3及IL-1β表达显著高于对照组,谷氨酰胺组前列腺组织中NF-κB、NLRP3及IL-1β表达显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论谷氨酰胺联合前列舒通治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果好,其作用可能与谷氨酰胺抑制NF-κB、NLRP3、IL-1β通路有关。Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of combinative administration of glutamine and Qianlieshutong in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.Methods 30 SPF Wistar rats were selected as research objects.The rats were divided into control group,model group,Qianlieshutong group,glutamine group,and combined group,with 6 rats in each group.The levels of glutamine,interleukin-1β(IL -1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in.plasma and urine,and the expressions of nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB),NOD-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)and IL-1β were compared.Results The levels of glutamine in plasma and urine of model group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the levels of glutamine in plasma and urine of glutamine.group and combined group were significantly higher than those of model group(P<0.05).The plasma levels of IL-6,L-1β,TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-2 in model group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the plasma levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-2 in glutamine group,Qianlieshutong group and combined group were significantly lower than those in model group.The plasma levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-2 in combined group were significantly lower than those in group Qianlieshutong(P<0.05).The.expressions of NF-κB,NLRP3 and IL-1β n prostate tissue of model group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the expressions of NF-κB,NLRP3 and IL-1β in glutamine group were significantly lower than those in model group(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of glutamine combined with Qianlieshutong in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis is good,which may be related to the inhibition of NF-κB,NLRP3 and IL-1β pathways by glutamine.
