手术病理标本安全管理中应用PDCA管理法的效果

摘　　要：目的探析手术病理标本安全管理中应用PDCA管理法的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月衡阳市中心医院病理科工作的医师10名纳入参比组,应用传统管理法。选取2021年1—12月衡阳市中心医院病理科工作的医师10名纳入观察组,应用PDCA管理法。分析两组病理科医师管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医师的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医师的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医师的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对病理科工作的医师进行管理时,应用PDCA管理法能够提升医师专业水平,锻炼医师工作能力,提高管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA management in the safety management of surgical pathological specimens.Methods From January to December 2020,10 physicians working in the department of pathology of Hengyang Central Hospital were selected and included in the reference group.Traditional management method was applied.From January to December 2021,10 physicians working in the department of pathology of Hengyang Central Hospital were selected and included in the observation group.PDCA management method was applied.The evaluation results,work ability and management satisfaction of pathologists in the two groups were analyzed.Results After management,the evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of physicians in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA management method can improve the professional level of physicians,exercise the working ability of physicians,and improve management satisfaction.
