血常规检验前采血标本质量控制的问题及应对方案分析

摘　　要：目的分析血常规检验前采血标本质量控制的问题及应对方案。方法随机选取京山市人民医院检验科2019年1—12月600例接受血常规检验的患者作为对比组,未开展检验前采血标本质量控制;选取京山市人民医院检验科2020年1—12月600例接受血常规检验的患者作为观察组,开展检验前采血标本质量控制。对比两组质量控制问题总发生率、血样标本不合格总发生率、患者满意度。结果观察组质量控制问题总发生率(0.67%)、血样标本不合格总发生率(0.50%)均低于对比组(3.83%、3.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度(98.50%)高于对比组(93.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验前采血标本质量控制,可有效降低质量控制问题、血样标本不合格发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the problems and countermeasures of the quality control of blood samples before blood routine test.Methods 600 patients who received routine blood test from January to December 2019 in the laboratory of Jingshan People's Hospital were randomly selected as the control group,and the quality control of blood samples before the test was not carried out.600 patients who received routine blood test from January to December 2020 in the laboratory of Jingshan People's Hospital were selected as the observation group,and the quality control of blood samples before the test was carried out.The total incidence of quality control problems,the total incidence of unqualified blood samples,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of quality control problems(0.67%)and the total incidence of unqualified blood samples(0.50%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(3.83%,3.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the observation group(98.50%)was higher than that in the control group(93.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control of blood samples before blood routine test can effectively reduce quality control problems,the incidence of unqualified blood samples,and improve patient satisfaction.
